1. Digital Products – No Refunds
All products sold on TheHubSky are digital products delivered electronically (PDF guides and digital educational materials).
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been successfully delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase. Additional Payment Required For Activation Code As A Voucher.
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused once delivered.
2. Exceptions
A refund may only be considered in the following limited cases:
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to the product due to a system failure on our side and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Any approved refund under these conditions will be processed at our discretion.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from TheHubSky, you agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us for support. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our services and future purchases.
